Tipuana/ Create your holy forest

I'm Na'ama, a designer and craftswoman, deeply inspired by the plant world- their shape, texture and vibe. At my studio I create terrarium art pieces as well as collections of lighting fixtures and jewelry. I explore the connection between plants and humans in the city, what it does to our bodies and what it does to our souls. Over the years I've been using unique natural materials, turning them into objects we can enjoy in our habitat or wear on our body, with the intention of it being a ceremonial reminder to who we are and the bond we share with mother nature. Teaching people who live in the city to create their own ecosystem is both a passion and a mission. 

A terrarium is a living, ever-changing, long lasting, regenerative - ecosystem. We call it - holy forest,  not only because of the amazing fact that this is a mini planet earth in a glass vessel that needs almost nothing to survive and thrive (Light & Love), but also because of what it does to us, humans in the city, when we create one and have one. 

In our newly renovated studio in Neukolln,  around a huge drop- shaped table and in a super cozy atmosphere, we host up to 12 ppl.

In our “Create your Holy Forest” workshop, which is a tropical (closed) terrarium workshop - we share with you the history of terrariums, how they work -( yes, real plants in a sealed glass vessel!). You get a wide variety of natural decorative materials and tropical plants to choose from, all the guidance you need, and as a designer, I share  tips on how to build a harmonic and designed mini forest. Of course you take home your personal ecosystem in a beautiful glass vessel.
