Team rallies - city rallies for companies

Team Rallies develops interactive, digital city rallies for companies and groups that want to rethink team events. Our mission is to turn cities into playgrounds for collaboration and create formats that truly activate teams. Instead of a passive framework program, we focus on joint missions that require communication, strategy and creativity. The idea was born out of the desire to make team building more flexible, scalable and at the same time of higher quality — without much organizational effort, but with real impact.

Our location is the city itself. Historic squares, urban districts and central meeting points will be part of the event. It is carried out digitally via a smartphone, no additional technology is required. As a result, our rallies can be used flexibly and are suitable both for small teams of five people or more and for larger groups with several hundred participants. If required, briefings and meetings can take place at a freely selectable meeting point.

What makes our events special is the combination of a clear storyline, well-thought-out tasks and genuine team interaction. The groups move through the city, solve strategic challenges and experience a mission with a dramaturgical structure. It's not just about speed, but about collaboration and division of roles within the team. On request, we integrate individual elements, such as those related to the company.
