At Team Rallies, we believe that the best experiences happen when you stop working through a program — and start playing for real. For over six years, we have been developing digital city rallies that combine the best of several worlds: the excitement of an escape room, the depth of a real city tour and the unifying power of a shared experience — in the middle of the city, in fresh air, without preparation and without equipment.

We know what different groups really want. At JGA, this means: an afternoon that is remembered — with moments that you laugh about years later, without putting anyone in an embarrassing situation. Creative challenges, estimation questions, photo moments and real puzzles ensure that everyone can get involved and no one gets bored — no matter how different the group is. In team building, this means: an experience that really brings people together, because the game reveals strengths that remain hidden in everyday office life.

Each of our tours is created in close collaboration with local experts, storytellers, game designers and a team from the escape room industry. We carefully research every location, every story, every puzzle — so that even people who have lived in a city for years suddenly stand on a corner and think: I didn't know that. The city becomes a playing field, the group the main role in a real mission.
