Schnitzel & Strudel: Cooking School in Vienna

I am Lena, born and raised in Vienna, an art historian and passionate host in a lovingly preserved Biedermeier home where my great-grandparents once lived. In my confetti workshops, I welcome you right in the heart of the city and share authentic family recipes — from grandma's Viennese potato soup to crispy schnitzel with homemade salads to classic apple strudel. The creative atmosphere, my expert exchange about the cultural influences of Austrian cuisine and the small, personal group (max. 6 participants) make for a delightful, heart-opening experience. You will actively learn how to cook yourself, receive all recipes and ingredients, and then enjoy the prepared delicacies together with us. Ideal for families, solo travelers or groups who appreciate real hands-on culture — flexibly adaptable even for vegetarian or gluten-free needs (vegan unfortunately not possible).
