About me & my mission

I am Tatiana Kappus, jewelry designer and artisan from Berlin.
I have been working independently in jewelry manufacturing for over 15 years and have been operating my own sales and production facilities in the historic Nikolaiviertel — in the heart of Berlin-Mitte since 01.06.2011.
As a new Berliner, I once swapped the wine-growing region, where the Rhine and Moselle flow together, for studio and production spaces with a big city flair. By opening my own shop, I fulfilled my biggest dream: to create a place where jewelry is made with peace, experience and attention to detail.

My mission is to make high-quality jewelry accessible and to share my knowledge. For me, jewelry is not a craft, but a craft, careful, long-lasting and personal. Due to my predominant in-house production, I offer jewelry in different price ranges. Customers from Berlin and from all over the world, including well-known personalities, regularly visit my studio and leave appreciative feedback.

My location — jewelry store in Berlin-Mitte/Nikolaiviertel

My workshops take place in my spacious and cozy studio and sales rooms in Nikolaiviertel, just a few minutes from Alexanderplatz.

The location is very easy to reach by public transport (BVG Berlin).

How to get there:

Subway: U2/U5 (Klosterstraße or Alexanderplatz stop)
Tram: M4, M5, M6
and various bus lines in the immediate vicinity, e.g. 248, M48

On around 100 square meters, a quiet, personal atmosphere awaits you with professionally equipped workplaces, jewelry tools and a wide selection of materials.

For workshops, I deliberately work in small groups of a maximum of 5 people to ensure individual support and a relaxed atmosphere.

Classes & Workshops — Quality instead of Crafting

My jewelry workshops focus on clean workmanship, sturdy fasteners and durable pieces of jewelry that are suitable for everyday use.
We work with high-quality materials such as:

● Professional jewelry tools & threading materials
● Semi-precious stones
● Polaris beads & glass crystals (e.g. Preciosa, Aurora)

All silver-plated and gold-plated jewelry elements are, of course, nickel-free.

I impart my knowledge calmly, comprehensibly and with a lot of experience, both for beginners and for participants with initial knowledge. At the end of the workshop, individual pieces of jewelry and a solid basic understanding of jewelry manufacturing are created.

Team events & private workshops

In addition to public workshops, I also offer private events and team events, ideal for small groups, companies, agencies or groups of friends.
