Who we are & our mission

Welcome to Salzburg Experience! My team and I are your personal guide for private city tours with a historical focus and culinary tours through Salzburg. My mission is to vividly tell the story of this unique city and combine it with regional enjoyment. I discovered my passion for Salzburg's history, its hidden stories and its cuisine over many years as a guide. Every alley, every building and every delicacy tells a story — and it is precisely these stories that I want to share authentically, personally and with great enthusiasm.

Location — Salzburg as an experience space

Our location is the city of Salzburg itself. The historic alleys of the old town, famous squares as well as hidden corners away from the tourist crowds form the backdrop for our private guided tours. Depending on the tour, we visit selected culinary stations, traditional businesses or special delights. The city tours are deliberately designed for small, private groups and are ideal for 2 to approx. 15 people in order to create a personal atmosphere and space for questions and exchange.

The culinary tours combine historical background with regional delights. Participants will learn about typical Salzburg specialities and learn how closely cuisine and the history of the city are intertwined. Authentic, delightful and decelerating.

In addition to our tours, we offer lovingly put together boxes of delicacies. These include selected culinary delights from Salzburg — from sweet classics to hearty specialities from regional producers. The delicacy boxes are ideal as a gift, as a reminder of a tour or to enjoy Salzburg at home. A piece of Salzburg treat to take away and give away.
