I have been working as a psychotherapeutic alternative practitioner since 2020 and use my diverse experience to support people individually and holistically.

Stress management and burnout prevention are particularly important to me. Permanent stress and excessive demands in professional and private contexts are often the trigger for serious mental and physical illnesses such as depression, sleep disorders and a variety of other complaints that can have a lasting impact on life.
