An exceptional wonderful experience:
The course instructor Vishnu is a very nice person and was able to teach Ayurvedic “thinking” wonderfully during the course. He went into great detail about the importance and effects of spices and foods and also explained the connection and interaction of the various ingredients. When to use which spice? Which spice combination should everyone ideally consume during the day? etc. The dishes cooked together were with foods that we all knew. Only the combination was a bit different and especially the taste was wonderful because of the spices used. A highly recommended cooking class with general information about the Ayurvedic lifestyle:)
