As a naturopath, wild plant teacher and course instructor, I have been up to my wild mischief for 20 years. For as long as I can remember, I've felt a deep love for our beautiful earth and yes, I've been out in the woods with my grandma since I was a child. We collected berries, mushrooms and moss. And she always showed me how to move respectfully in the forest and harvest your treasures in such a way that you barely see them afterwards. Later, during my training at the naturopathic school, my spectrum expanded to include the world of medicinal plants. It was terrific! Green was no longer just green, but an exciting cosmos of medicinal plants, culinary herbs and trees. We don't have to go far, we just have to step outside, open our eyes and they're there — plants full of effect, taste and stories. So easy to have, so useful and so beautiful. I want to share this fascination with people. Dealing with plants combines us with ancient, profound knowledge and with the self-evident nature of living in and with nature. Ultimately, they are also a gateway to seeing the world with different eyes again and to connect with our inner world via the outer world. When meeting the plants, the seasons, in exchange with like-minded people, people are often deeply touched and remember what is really important to them. In various workshops, hikes and in my annual training, I share my passion, joy, knowledge and many years of experience. The courses are structured but break with our idea of classical learning. Relaxing and inspiring, connecting and using all senses, deep knowledge is built up through experience and practical applications. Depending on the course, I am supported by wonderful and experienced partners and colleagues. In addition to working in the wild plant project, I publish texts and sing in the band “Die Mochitos”. Depending on the course format, the events take place in the forest and on the meadow or with cooperation partners in Barnim and in the healing practice on Malmöer Straße.
