Who I Am & What little art Does

little art is a mobile art and creative mindfulness studio founded by Harriet Norwood Poole — Creative Life & Mindfulness Coach, Art Educator, and advocate for the joy of hands-on art-making. The work centres on playful curiosity and helping people think, feel and connect in new ways.

The mission: to create small pockets of calm where people can play, explore and reconnect with their creativity through tactile, mindful art.

With 20+ years in art education and creative facilitation, little art offers a gentle, process-led approach that supports focus, wellbeing and renewed creative energy.

Workshops weave together mindful art-making and intuitive play — collage, journalling, printmaking, doodling and mixed media — offering a refreshing, low-pressure way for individuals and teams to slow down and reconnect.

Where Workshops Take Place

little art is a mobile studio, often hosting sessions at juggleHUB in Prenzlauer Berg. Workshops can also take place in your office, coworking space or private venue. Most spaces work well for 8–25 people, and little art brings all materials needed to create a calm, creative setup anywhere.
