All good things come in threes: café, bar and distillery. DRILLING brings these craft businesses together under one roof. In fact, under the roof of the boiler house of the former marzipan factory in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld.

Since the end of August 2018, a unique gastronomic concept has opened its doors there. There is no comparable project in Europe that houses so much gastronomic craft within its walls. At DRILLING, every fan of artisanal production will enjoy themselves: in the elegant ambiance of the café, with a selection of the finest cocktails at the bar or while expertly tasting the self-made spirits.
