The Raxlifaxe - Interactive city rally adventures via app

Raxlifaxes are gnomes — invisible, regionally typical and lovingly designed. With special skills, they watch over our cultural assets and love traditions. They enjoy presenting their home. And that is exactly what they are doing now. No longer hidden, but directly on the smartphone. So Raxlifax Welcome to the world of Raxlifax!

Raxlifaxes are the core of a new mixed reality app that combines city leadership, gaming and storytelling. Side by side with Raxlifaxes, you can experience interactive adventures right on site: with GPS and audio notes, puzzles & mini-games, augmented reality and videos that look like “broadcast with the mouse” clips. In this way, culture can be experienced in a new way. Together. Playfully. Emotionally.

The Raxlifax adventures take place outside, for example in cities like Freyburg (Unstrut). The participants travel along a fixed route through the surrounding area and discover various stations along the way. All you need is a smartphone with the Raxlifax app. Starting points are clearly defined and the tour can be started flexibly and without a fixed time window.

Our experiences are not classic city tours — but interactive adventures. What makes them special:

The participants actively take on the role of helpers and solve tasks together in order to complete an adventure. At the end, small rewards such as vouchers or memories of the experience await — including photos with the Raxlifaxes.
