THE MUNICH BIEROTHEK is a unique place for beer culture in the heart of the city. You can find over 400 beers from Bavaria and around the world in our fine beer store. We have been offering courses on liquid gold since 2015 and would like to share our passion for beer with you. Our beer boutique is run by brewers and beer sommeliers from the “Munich Brew Mafia” brewery. Our experts will be happy to advise you on your beer selection and share their knowledge with you.
Munich's most exclusive beer shop inspires as soon as you look through the shop window. Located in the lively Glockenbachviertel, you can reach us in just 2 minutes from Fraunhoferstraße subway station. When you enter, you will see our beer exhibition with over 400 different types of beer. The design of the shop is in black and wood. The majority of the beers are waiting for you in six large sommelier refrigerators. In the middle is our tasting table, into which hops and malt with epoxy resin are incorporated. It can accommodate up to 13 people, and for larger events, we use our exclusive partner locations. We are also happy to hold events in your own rooms.

Just like the product itself. During our theme tastings, we will take you to the most important beer nations such as Belgium and Bavaria or experience the special features of exciting beer styles such as India Pale Ale together. Food pairing, on the other hand, combines food and beer. Beer and chocolate or beer and cheese complement each other perfectly and you'll learn how to experience these moments of pleasure at home with friends.
Our beer experts rely on infotainment: fun and interesting facts, anecdotes, curiosities and a bit of beer history as well as information about the manufacturing process and raw materials are part of all seminars.
Closed groups are also very welcome! As a TEAM, do you want to learn more about beer, make a beer fanatic happy on their birthday or are you planning a humid and cheerful JGA? We would be happy to plan the right event with you for every occasion and for all group sizes. Who could give you better advice than the manufacturers of special beers themselves?
