By your own hand

I work outside in nature. It is a place of learning, a source of materials and a haven of peace at the same time. As a wild herb teacher and social worker, I impart knowledge in such a way that it becomes part of everyday life again. I'm interested in how people can work with what surrounds them. Plants, simple raw materials, manageable steps.

My journey to wild plant science began with the question of what can be used right outside the front door. Without special knowledge. Without perfection. My offers were created from this access. They combine natural knowledge, manual work and self-sufficiency on a small scale.

Most of my courses take place in nature.

We mostly work outside, walk, collect, process.

Depending on the course, we use simple, mobile materials.

The locations are deliberately chosen simply. They offer peace, space and proximity to the surrounding area.

The groups remain small so that you can orient yourself and have space for questions.

I would also be happy to come to your home, to a location of your choice or to your institution.

In my courses, the focus is on doing. You get to know natural raw materials and use them directly.
Wild plants, simple ingredients for natural cosmetics, cleaning products, etc.
Everything is structured in such a way that you can repeat it at home. Few recipes, clear processes, real experience.

Team events and private events

My offers are also suitable for private groups and teams.
Working together with natural materials brings people into action and out of everyday life.
Nature provides the framework. Calm, clear and connecting.
I adapt the content and duration to the event and group.
