My work

I am Erika, yoga teacher and founder of Atemwurzel — a space for conscious movement, nervous system regulation and sustainable relief in everyday life.

My work is the result of a personal experience: the feeling of functioning on the outside but not really being felt on the inside. For me, yoga became a way back into my own body — in peace, clarity and presence.

Today, I accompany people right there: away from constant tension and mental overload, towards more stability, focus and inner balance.

Especially in performance-oriented work environments, this situation is becoming increasingly relevant. My sessions help you to consciously regulate stress and regain access to energy, concentration and clarity.

The room

Atemwurzel is a deliberately designed studio in a quiet atmosphere near Bonn.

Natural materials, soft colors and a clear, minimalist design create a place where the nervous system can shut down directly.

The room is fully furnished with yoga mats, pillows and blankets.
The group size is deliberately kept small (approx. 6—8 people), so that very personal and individual support is possible.

Courses & formats

My courses are deliberately different from classic yoga offerings.

The focus is not on performance or perfect execution, but on the ability to perceive and actively regulate one's own body again.

Elements of my work include:

  • slow, functional movements
  • conscious breathing
  • targeted nervous system regulation
  • Integration of rest periods

Team events & private sessions

I offer individually designed team events and private sessions for companies — both in my studio Atemwurzel and directly on site in the company.

Especially in everyday working life, it is often difficult to plan additional routes. That's why my sessions are easy to integrate into the day — for example as an active break, a conscious team reset or targeted balancing.

The content goes beyond classic yoga sessions. They are designed to relieve employees in the long term and at the same time strengthen focus, energy and collaboration.
