- The overrated drink: „Limoncello Spritz.“ Too sweet, too boring — unless you use a high-quality sparkling wine.
- Mixology meets sustainability: lemon peels as an egg-white substitute, pickled citrus fruits for new flavors — creative bartenders are cutting down on waste with zero-waste techniques.

According to the Bacardi Cocktail Trends Report 2025, interest in high-quality, craft-made drinks is growing worldwide. Methodology: * The top 30 locations for cocktail classes in Germany were compiled from booking figures, five-star participant ratings, and website traffic data on gokonfetti.com for the period from 02/15/2024 to 02/14/2025. The criteria listed were weighted, and bars were scored based on these data points, resulting in an overall score for each qualifying bar.
