The cocktail class in the black and white bar was great. We learned a lot about the preparation and ingredients of the cocktails. The theory was always very exciting and interestingly packaged. We also liked the hands-on mentality. Everyone was allowed to swing the shaker themselves once and get a feel for the drink. Really well done and highly recommended!
