The course was super fun and was very interesting both for absolute newbies and for those who have already mixed a cocktail or two but have never dealt with the background. Norbert packed it very well and delivered it loosely.

I found the brief historical background very interesting. The process with the pure tasting and only then deciding on one or two gins and testing it with different tonics was great.

Unfortunately, a little too much talk & mix too little for my taste, but the drinks were terrific & the inspiration was limitless!
I'd like more of it & less talk about volume percentages and invoices...!

We would revisit the course again and again. Norbert has imparted so much knowledge and did so in a relaxed way. We found it particularly cool that fixed recipes were not simply remixed, but that you could experiment yourself after a few theoretical principles. Great experience and we're probably going on to the next course. 👍

The course instructor was convincing with his knowledge. He made the evening quite relaxed and gave us a lot of information about the development and the different types of gin. The gins tasted reflected the variety. I also really liked the fact that you only found out which gin it was after tasting the individual gin. In this way, you could get involved with the respective gin in an unbiased way. Overall, it was a very nice evening!
