It was an absolutely great course. I was able to take away a lot of new knowledge for myself, had a lot of fun and I was able to creatively expand my own preferences. The course instructor Norbert has a great and very open-minded manner, with which he has imparted his expertise in a great way. The course makes me want to learn the craft and I am sure that I will also attend the advanced course after this experience. Thank you for the absolutely enriching time.

The course was super fun and was very interesting both for absolute newbies and for those who have already mixed a cocktail or two but have never dealt with the background.

Unfortunately, a little too much talk & mix too little for my taste, but the drinks were terrific & the inspiration was limitless!

We would revisit the course again and again. Norbert has imparted so much knowledge and did so in a relaxed way. We found it particularly cool that fixed recipes were not simply remixed, but that you could experiment yourself after a few theoretical principles. Great experience and we're probably going on to the next course. 👍

The course instructor was convincing with his knowledge. He made the evening quite relaxed and gave us a lot of information about the development and the different types of gin. The gins tasted reflected the variety. I also really liked the fact that you only found out which gin it was after tasting the individual gin. In this way, you could get involved with the respective gin in an unbiased way. Overall, it was a very nice evening!
