OX EVENTS & Henry's Bar

Susen Olejniczak is Freiburg's only bar manager and can look back on many exciting years. In 2000, she began her apprenticeship as a hotel manager in a 5 star superior hotel. At the beginning of 2010, she completed her “bartender” in Rostock. Among other things, she led the show bar on the “dream ship” on 2 trips around the world. She has also worked at many other bar businesses in Germany and abroad (e.g. Europa-Park) in her career. In December 2010, she finally fulfilled her dream of having her own classic cocktail bar and opened Henry's Bar in Freiburg.
