Die Eule Berlin book classes

Hello, my name is Dariusz Kulakowski and I run Die Eule, a bartending school based in Berlin, Germany. I have worked in a variety of cocktail bars, restaurants and hotels including Crackers, Hotel de Rome, Limonadier and Provocateur. All here in Berlin, over the course of about a decade. My mission is to teach the next generation of bartenders and mixologists, providing them with a framework of information, skills and mentality that will bring them lasting success throughout their careers. After all, the world of mixology is a wonderful one. It is FULL of creativity, exploration, history, people, travel, community, spirits, mystery and good old fashioned fun.
