The owl

Hello, dear mix friends!

My name is Dariusz Kulakowski, owner of the owl and leader of the workshops you are currently watching. As a former cocktail mixer at Provocateur, Lemonadier, Herr Lindemann and Crackers, I have a pretty good sense of how to mix and balance all 5 cocktails that exist. 

 The owl is a project close to my heart, in which I distill my pure passion for mixing cocktails and preparing drinks into a comprehensive series of cocktail workshops. These are designed to be easy to understand but still provide enough depth so that even advanced cocktail mixers can learn a thing or two. And above all, these workshops are not a serious matter, but primarily a moment of entertainment mixed with a pinch of education. With that in mind, all that's left for us to say is:
