Beautiful buttercream designs in classic “vintage style”
The variety of shapes and colors allows creativity to flow freely in vintage cakes! In this 4-hour course, you will learn everything you need to create beautiful buttercream ornaments and the appropriate techniques!
How does this activity work?
You get a pre-baked cake, which you fill yourself with two delicious layers of cream. You will learn what consistency the filling must have and how to stack the individual layers perfectly to get a uniform and stable result.
Then it's time to get down to business: We'll show you everything about the ideal buttercream for wrapping your vintage cake.
The challenge? A mirror-smooth surface — and we'll show you how to master it.
Now comes the highlight: the artistic decoration! With various piping nozzles, you can create fantastic buttercream ornaments under professional guidance and learn different spraying techniques. A craft that takes your cake creations to the next level!
Of course, you'll get all recipes from the course home — and your self-designed vintage cake anyway! Perfect for approx. 10 portions and guaranteed to be an eye-catcher!
