Urban Challenger: The Interactive Team Event in Berlin
The principle: Forget classic city rallies — we’ve reinvented the genre. With Urban Challenger, there are no dusty puzzles or complicated combination locks. Instead, we combine genuine team spirit with pure spirit of discovery. You compete in teams to complete as many challenges as possible from a pool of over 30 different challenges. The tasks are designed to bring you together as a team, awaken your creativity and bring you into direct contact with the capital.
The Special Feature: A Live Game Host accompanies you via WhatsApp and provides direct feedback and points for the photo and video proof you upload in the app. This ensures an extra boost of motivation and a smooth flow for your event. For the full-service experience, you can optionally book a Live Game Host on-site, who will welcome you personally, bring additional equipment for special challenges, and moderate the award ceremony with prizes (see add-on).
A mix that connects — The challenge categories:
You don’t have to decide in advance. All teams have access to all tasks. During the game, you decide spontaneously which challenges you want to tackle. A colorful mix in which every participant can contribute their own strengths:
- Explorer: Discover the grand architecture between Museum Island, Brandenburg Gate, and various highlights at the major monuments.
- Artist: Get creative in front of the Berlin Cathedral or use the modern lines of Potsdamer Platz for your team performances.
- Foodie: Taste the center at a quick lunch spot on Friedrichstraße with authentic Berlin street food.
- Connector: Strengthen your team bond and get in touch with people from all over the world – from government officials to tourists and local Berliners.
- History: Experience the historical abundance of this district: Discover iconic monuments, the era of the Wall at Checkpoint Charlie, and the rise of modern Berlin.
- Nature: Take a breath in the vast Tiergarten or enjoy the view of the government district directly from the banks of the Spree.
Steps of the tour
This is how your event works:
- Individual starting point: We start where it suits you — whether directly at the office, at the hotel or at a central spot such as Friedrichstraße or Alexanderplatz.
- Ready, Set, Go: Meet your game host for a briefing. After logging in to the app, it starts immediately.
- Master challenges: You complete as many tasks as possible in the given time and upload your photo and video evidence directly.
- Real-time feedback: Your game host moderates the game in real time, reviews your evidence and is always available as a contact person.
- The final: After the time has elapsed, the team with the most points wins the winning prizes.
- Flexible schedule: By default, the event lasts 2.5 hours — but we are happy to adjust the game time individually, from the 90-minute action to the half-day event.
- Reminders included: After the event, you'll receive all photos and videos of your challenges as a digital package — moments that you'll talk about months later.
