Painting ceramics with kids
About this course:
Join us for a cozy one-hour ceramic painting session where we get creative with children. We have prepared a nice selection of pieces filmed by us for you. Various cups, bowls, mugs, plates and more are waiting to be painted by you in over 10 beautiful colors. Regardless of whether you are a complete beginner or simply enjoy being creative — this workshop is easy, fun and is meant for you and your child. Children should be between 6 and 12 years of age.
What you’ll do in the class
The participation fee is 30 euros for adults and 10 euros per child. This includes instructions from our teacher, examples, all materials and a cozy studio atmosphere. You only pay for the pieces you want to paint: These cost between 15 and 45 euros. Paint as many pieces as you can within the course time. It's a great way to relax, get creative, and create a personal, unique favorite piece.
After the course, we will glaze your pieces with a transparent, shiny glaze and fire them to make them functional and durable. We encourage you to experiment, try out and enjoy this beautiful material — we look forward to your creations.
Charges:
The course fee covers all necessary materials, such as tools, glazes and the firing process.
The pieces you have selected cost between 15 and 45 euros per piece and will be paid at the end of the course.
Pick up:
Your pieces will be ready to burn in about 2 to 3 weeks. As soon as they're ready to be picked up, we'll send you an email and you can drop by during our opening hours. If you can't come yourself, feel free to send someone else.
