This is a brand new course that adds an extra unit of glazing to our 2-day shooting course format!

About this course:

This course is for beginners who want to learn pottery. In this two-day course, you'll learn how to make pottery on the turntable and twist (trim) your pieces to give them a nice finish.

What you’ll do in the class

Day 1:

  • Knead the clay
  • Center on the turntable
  • Create pieces at the turntable

Day 2:

  • Twisting (trimming) on the turntable
  • Attach and carve handles (optional)

Day 3:

  • glazing


Pick up:

Your works will be ready in about 2-3 weeks. As soon as they are ready for collection, we will notify you by email and you can drop by during opening hours. We ask you to pick them up within two months. If you can't do it yourself, feel free to send a friend over.


Teacher:

Your teachers are Victoria Cocito and Bianca Green. Find out more about them here. Depending on the participants, lessons can be held in German or English.


Cancellation conditions:

  • 14 days before the start of the course: 100% refund.
  • 7 days before the start of the course: no refund Transfer to another course, if available
  • Less than 7 days before the course starts: no refund You can send someone instead of you.

 

The minimum number of participants is 3, the maximum 6. If a course has less than 3 participants, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment. Our courses are for participants aged 16 and over.
