Learn the 6 most important qualities that influence your meat. Of course, this includes a guided tour of the slaughterhouse with exclusive insights. Find out first-hand which characteristic properties the various cuts reveal and what effects they have on preparation and taste. Let yourself be guided through the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with expert advice and become a steak expert with our event!

We've been around since 1990 and the company has been constantly modernizing. Steffen Gränitz continues to run the family business today with his children Ninette Gränitz and Benny Gränitz, now the 5th generation, with a great deal of diligence, ambition, determination and expertise.
The best I was able to experience! The owner does it with heart and soul and everyone who likes to eat good meat feels it. He has knowledge that is remarkable and the meat is an absolute treat!!
