At Steak Tasting, we take you on a culinary journey through the world of fine meat.

 

What is the process?

In a direct comparison, you will try different pieces of Wagyu and Angus beef and experience for yourself how breed, husbandry and ripening processes affect the taste. Learn the 6 most important qualities that influence your meat. Of course, this includes a guided tour of the slaughterhouse with exclusive insights. Find out first-hand which characteristic properties the various cuts reveal and what effects they have on preparation and taste. Let yourself be guided through the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with expert advice and become a steak expert with our event!
