The story begins in Mainz in 1449: Johannes Gutenberg has a groundbreaking idea - he wants to build a printing press to print fonts. An absolute world first! Yet people do not recognize the benefits of this strange invention. As a result, he doesn't have the money for the components. In addition, not all components have been fully developed yet! He is in danger of failing. As his assistants, will you be able to achieve the sensation of the millennium together with him?
Work in a team (1—6 people per group) to solve the case If there are more than 6 people, we recommend dividing yourself into several small groups, as experience has shown that not everyone is well integrated into the game. You can also test which group is the fastest!
Follow our city map from station to station and solve puzzles at Mainz's most beautiful sights. Find out more about Johannes Gutenberg and discover important places in the city. Part of the game is to guess the individual stations, so they are not listed here. At the stations, clues must be sought to solve the puzzles. The focus is on the story and the puzzles.
Move at your own pace and take breaks whenever you want. The city rally ends in the old town of Mainz, near the ruins and memorial of St. Christoph.
