What to expect at the workshop “Scarfs knitting - in Leipzig”
The knitting technique is creative and much more than just right and left stitches. In this class, I'll show you how to knit a scarf. You can do this even as a beginner - basic knowledge would be good, but not mandatory.
Do you finally want to knit (again)? Then we'll do it together in the Scarfs knitting course - in Leipzig.
In this course, the I-Cord edge, also known as a cord edge, is explained, which is a good end to the Scarf not only for current Scarfs. The I-Cord edge is of course also very suitable for other knitting projects yourself.
I am looking forward to a creative time with you in a friendly, small group at YEZ, Josephstr. 40, 04177 Leipzig.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome & presentation of the materials (wool, needles, barrel lengths)
- Introduction to the basic knitting technique
- Explanation of the I-Cord edge (cord edge) as a nice finish
- Joint start of the individual Scarf
- Personal support and tips from the course instructor
- Exchange in a relaxed atmosphere over soft drinks
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is suitable for beginners who know the first basics of knitting. You should have heard right and left stitches, increase and decrease of stitches and, in the best case, tried them, BUT that is not a must to dare to wear a scarf.
