About this class
In the Pouring course in Darmstadt, you will create an abstract work of art on a 30 x 60 cm canvas using lots of liquid medium. The pouring technique provides surprising color gradients that you can determine in terms of color but not in shape. Your painting must dry for at least 24 hours and can be picked up at the studio later. Appropriate clothing is recommended. Experience creative freedom and create your individual unique piece!
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and introduction to the pouring technique
- Selection of colors and preparation of the canvas (30 x 60 cm)
- Mixing the liquid medium
- Designing the abstract work of art with pouring
- Discussion of results and post-processing tips
- Note: The image must dry for at least 24 hours and can be picked up later
