How does this experience take place?
Our team event with horses offers a well-designed start, clear goals and a safe atmosphere. By getting to know participants and coaches, presenting the court and relevant issues of the day, we create transparency and motivation for the entire day.
- Introduction and safety
At the beginning, participants receive a compact briefing on how to handle horses, the basics of equine communication and important safety and conduct instructions. Focus: Building trust, respect for the animal.
- Horse course — varied team challenges
The core of the team event is a multi-level course with different stations, which strengthens teamwork and communication:
- Obstacle course: The team leads a horse over obstacles together, gives clear instructions and takes animal needs into account.
- Communication exercise: Teams solve tasks on horses using non-verbal signals and coordinated body language.
- Exercise of trust: One team member is blindly guided, others give reliable instructions to move the horse in a controlled manner. - Reflection and transfer into everyday working life The course is followed
by a joint reflection: What experiences shape teamwork and communication? Which findings can be transferred to future work processes? Conclusion: sustainable team culture through equine team building.
