About this class
We have just developed a new event: Our guests “fly” to Peru for an evening. A fine 5-course dinner is planned, accompanied by stories from Peru, interesting facts about the individual dishes and a bit of live cooking. The menu is also vegan on request, and can also be combined with wine accompaniment. This creates a very special experience — both culinary and interpersonal, as new contacts can be made.

Welcome
At the beginning, you will receive a warm welcome and can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with a pisco cocktail or aperitif.
Introduction to Peruvian Cuisine
Our hosts tell exciting stories and interesting facts about the ingredients and dishes that you are about to try.
5-course dinner
Enjoy an exclusive 5-course meal with classic Peruvian dishes, including fresh ceviche and aromatic meat or fish dishes, accompanied by seasonal ingredients.
Live cooking
During your meal, our chefs will show you how some of the dishes are prepared and share culinary tips and tricks.
Enjoying and sharing together
Use the time to chat with other guests and learn more about Peruvian cuisine.
Dessert and conclusion
The event ends with a traditional Peruvian dessert, which is the perfect way to end the evening. Take the opportunity to chat and network with the other guests.
