About this class
WomenCircle are spaces in which you can once again become aware of diving deep into your inner world and escape from the noisy outside. Anything can be here - especially you as you are.
The magic is created when women open themselves up, share their experiences, feelings, insights and support each other, see, hear and emotionally. You can share what you want or remain a silent admirer - it is your choice.
In addition to sharing and sharing, it is my job as a leader to guide you well through the theme of the evening. On 30.06 it is LOVE YOUR SELF and I have prepared a lot for you :-)
What you’ll do in the class
So in these 1.5 hours you can expect:
- To arrive, a short round of introductions/Sharing & Mini. -Meditation to leave everyday life behind and reach you in HERE & NOW
- Practice for your highest-love version
- Impulses/Questions/Reflection
- Further exercises for your awareness including digital documents
- Finally, an essence journey into your heart space - open yourself and start loving yourself unconditionally
