What you’ll do in the class
- Seven days before the course starts, you will receive the shopping list, recipe and Zoom login details via email.
- On the day of the course, you log in to ZOOM a few minutes before the course starts.
- At the beginning of the course, there is a short introduction of how the course works and what is being cooked.
- A webcam and microphone are not necessary for your participation — of course I am happy to see who is cooking with you at the other end. 🙂
- For an extensive movie experience, there are 3 cameras in HD quality: from the front, from above and detailed shots.
- Questions during the course are always welcome. You can ask your questions via microphone or in chat — with your webcam, you can also show me your request.
- After about 2 hours, the meal is ready and we enjoy our cooking. Finally, there are also tips for storing the food.
- So that nothing is left over, I'll show you how you can make good use of any leftovers.
