What is behind the online cooking class: Mexican Cuisine?
Discover Mexico's colorful cuisine with me, with filled tortillas: quesadillas.
Quesadillas are the ideal good mood food or party food — in the course I'll show you how to make tortillas yourself and there are three great fillings, hearty and spicy.
The course takes place on Zoom. Zoom, is available free of charge for many platforms (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android). An internet-enabled device with zoom is required to take part in the course. A camera or microphone is recommended but not necessary.
