About this class

Spend an entire night in sound and relaxation. Soft singing bowls and soft meditation music accompany you while you sleep, meditate, be creative or simply relax. The focus is on breath and sound, as well as relaxation exercises and meditation. My team is there for you all night.

We start with a cocoa ceromony in the evening. To do this, we drink raw cocoa with spices and a slight sweetness. This is for emotional and spiritual connection with yourself.
There is a light snack in the morning.
Blankets, pillows, yoga mats and pillows are ready. You only bring what you need for sleep and relaxation. Please also make sure that clothes are loose and warm (you are also welcome to bring hot water bottles and other things).

What you’ll do in the class

Everyone gets hot tea in the large cozy kitchen. Then we'll all build your sleeping places together. Please feel free to bring along mattresses, skins, favorite pillows, special blankets and towels.
When we're all comfortable, we'll have a cocoa ceremony. We will eat raw cocoa together, listen to soft music and do a little meditation.
We then start with a gentle breathing meditation, which alternates with the deep and regenerative sounds of the singing bowls.
Throughout the night, there will be sounds and sounds that have a calming effect on your nervous system.

In the morning, there will be a joint awakening with a light snack.

Who is the class suitable for?

For all people over 18 years of age.
However, there are exceptions :-) Participation is not suitable if:

  • You have just had a fresh operation (including dental surgeries)
  • You're pregnant
  • You have problems lying down
  • You suffer from acute psychological issues, such as fears, compulsions, psychoses and the like (I deliberately write acute topics here. If you have minor mental illnesses, please check with me before booking. I am a psychotherapy practitioner with my own practice. That's why I'm familiar with most illnesses.)
  • has too high intraocular pressure
