About this class
Give yourself and your team a conscious break from everyday work! On this meditation day, you will learn specific breathing and mindfulness exercises that help reduce stress, clear your mind and promote concentration. Through guided meditations, mindful reflections and joint practice, you will experience a day full of relaxation and mental strengthening — for more serenity and focus at work.
The workshop can be booked in Cologne on site or at a location of your choice, online and throughout Germany plus travel expenses.
If necessary, we can also divide your team into different departments/groups, 1 hour each.
