About this class
In five dates, I will teach you various techniques using different materials in this painting and drawing course in Munich. For each lesson, there are exercises and possible motives that you can try out. After getting to know each other for the first time, I adapt the motifs to your personal preferences. The course is individually adaptable and I will take the time to answer your personal questions and wishes.
The focus is on the basics of drawing and painting. We train our eye for shapes, light and shadow, and color features. In doing so, we practice which techniques can achieve which effects with different materials.
The pictures shown are works of art by 4-year-old course participants.
What you’ll do in the class
We meet a total of five times for 2 hours each. At the beginning of every meeting, there is a small theoretical part, which is then put into practice with exercises. There is a free program in the last session: Each child translates their favorite technique into their own work of art.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at school children between 7 and 14 years of age.
