About this class
In seven dates, I will teach you various techniques with different materials in this painting and drawing course for beginners. For each lesson, there are exercises and possible motives that you can try out. After getting to know each other for the first time, I will also adapt the motifs to your personal preferences. The basic structure of the course is individually adaptable and I will take the time to answer your personal questions and wishes.
The focus is on the basics of drawing and painting. We train our eye for shapes, light and shadow, and color features. In doing so, we also practice which different techniques can achieve which effects with which materials.
What you’ll do in the class
We meet seven times for 2 hours each. At the beginning of every meeting, there is a small theoretical part, which is then put into practice with exercises. In the last session, there is a free program: You turn your favorite technique into your own work of art.
The content can be flexibly adapted. I will discuss your individual wishes and expectations with you in the first hour. The course is aimed at beginners.
