You will learn how hand ergonomics affect cut and shape, adapt existing patterns individually and use high-quality materials to create your own pair of gloves. The course is aimed at advanced users with hand sewing experience — for anyone who loves precision craftsmanship and fine leather.
What you’ll do in the class
In this course, you will learn about hand ergonomics, which shapes, materials and cuts are necessary to make leather gloves.
We measure ourselves and adapt existing glove cuts to what we need to cut them to size. With hand stitching, completely without a sewing machine, we sew the gloves together.
At the end of the course, a pair of gloves will be created to suit your hand size.
