Arrive & greet: Introduction to the topic of “Team Creativity”
Material and technology insight: colors, papers & mixed media combinations
Design phase 1: All participants work on individual collages

Design phase 2: Refinement, team exchange, creative combination of results
Conclusion & presentation: presentation of the works, reflection & optional photo documentation
