Treat yourself to a creative break while painting ceramics in Fürth.
You don't have to be an artist to get great results. There are many easy methods to achieve beautiful effects. Just arrive — relax — get started. The Art & Design studio in Obermichelbach offers the best conditions for this.
What you’ll do in the class
At the beginning of the course, you choose your ceramic blank. Depending on the effort, you may be able to paint more than one piece. In addition to cups, saucers, espresso cups and mugs, you can also choose from plates and various bowls, which you can design in a variety of ways.
After a brief introduction and information on how to use the materials and food-safe colors, you can start right away. There are many ways you can decorate your ceramic: With the bubbling technique, brushes, sponges, stencils, adhesive strips or other tools, you can achieve effective results.
During the course duration of 2.5 hours, you will of course receive support to be able to implement your ideas in the best possible way. Would you like to be inspired by some sample examples or do you already have an idea of how you would like to design your ceramic?
The pieces to be coated with transparent glaze at the end are fired by me after the course. After approx. 2 weeks, you can pick up your pottery.
