About this class
This wine tasting in Hamburg shows you how diverse German cheese and German wine can taste. You'll try eight selected types of cheese from different regions of Germany — from mild to spicy and spicy. You will also taste suitable white and red wines from German-growing regions and experience how cheese and wine change, complement and strengthen the taste. Together, you will describe and evaluate the combinations, learn important rules for successful food pairing and discover new favorite combinations. This wine seminar takes place as part of the German Wine Institute's “Become a wine explorer” campaign and combines enjoyment with exciting knowledge about German cheese and wine culture.
