You will taste eight non-alcoholic white and red wines from different wineries in different countries and learn to perceive aromas more consciously. You will learn how non-alcoholic wine is made, what methods of dealcoholization are there and how to recognize good quality. This wine seminar is ideal for anyone who wants to consciously enjoy, discover new taste experiences and learn more about modern non-alcoholic wines.
Important note: According to German food law, non-alcoholic wine and sparkling wine may contain up to 0.5% alcohol by volume. The wines tasted may contain this amount of alcohol.
