About this class
Drumming is my great passion and I still enjoy it so much today. I am happy to pass on this joy of rhythm. With me, you can learn how to play drums easily. The world of rhythms in the big drum center Groove: fun movement drum power!
What you’ll do in the class
We meet other nice people at Groove Café in the music factory. We start with rhythm games, movement and body percussion. Then we pick up drums from the large Groove instrument warehouse and learn the playing styles, drumming techniques and rhythms: djembes, congas, bongos, cajons, bells, dunduns, samba instruments, etc. We drum simple rhythms from Africa, Brazil, Cuba, Japan and Europe.
Who is the class suitable for?
You can join in without any previous knowledge! You'll be amazed how quickly you get into the rhythms! The course for beginners is available on Tuesdays at 20:00 and also for advanced learners on Thursdays at 18:00. Everyone can choose the monthly fee between 40 and 90€.
