Farm tour followed by cooking class in Hamburg

What is the process?

Experience an exciting day together, during which you will not only gain new knowledge, but also cook a delicious dish.

• 11:00 a.m. Meet the participants at our location for a homemade lemonade
• 11:15 a.m. Departure to the organic farm in the Hamburg region
• 12:00 Arrival at the farm
• 12:00 — 13:30 Farm tour in addition to an overview of the areas of the estate such as agriculture, bakery and farm shop, a visit to the vegetable nursery will be a focus
• Topics such as the special features of organic farming, but also diversity, regionality and seasonal relevance will play a role
• The selected vegetables are also processed during the subsequent vegetarian cooking class
• 1:45 p.m. Return to location
• 14:30 — 17:30 Cooking class under professional guidance

• No previous experience is required; the cooking class at the end of the farm tour should also be a relaxing event

What is included?
