What you’ll do in the class

The tasting starts with a brief orientation by our sommelier, who sets the theme and context for the wines you'll be tasting. Step by step, you'll explore how region, climate, and winemaking methods shape each wine. You'll taste six wines, compare styles, and learn how to recognize characteristics in aroma, color, and texture. You'll also explore how certain foods complement the wines, discovering how flavors can highlight, soften, or elevate the aromas and character of what's in the glass. The tasting is held in English, with support in German whenever needed, so everyone can comfortably follow and fully enjoy the experience.

Who is the class suitable for?

Anyone interested in Georgian wine, regardless of knowledge or experience. All you need is a desire to learn something new.
