About this class
This workshop is all about some important classics of Greek baking — be it sweet or savory.
We will prepare this together:
- Eliopsomo (olive bread)
- Koulouri (sesame rings)
- Mpatzina (vegetable cake)
- Loukoumades (donuts)
It's also served with tzatziki, Greek salad and white wine. The preparation of the meal in the workshop is accompanied by Greek mountain tea.
What is included?
It includes all the ingredients and utensils needed to create delicious Greek baked goods. Pigi will also give you all sorts of tips so that it will also work at home.

Pigi was super warm and friendly. We really enjoyed the slow process of cooking with her and chatting about different things like life in Greece and Berlin. We were so full after the meal we could barely walk afterwards. It was wonderful!

Our host not only guided us through the recipes, but with her warm manner she made us feel at home with friends. The dishes were simply fantastic — I especially loved the sesame rings and the stuffed grape leaves! A perfect afternoon that tasted like a piece of Greece.

I highly recommend this course! Pigi is a very warm person who welcomed me into her beautiful kitchen and lovingly shared her family recipes. So much more than a baking course!
Pigi welcomed us to her beautiful home. We made delicious olive bread, zucchini pie, loukoumades, tzatziki, delicious roasted eggplant salad and more together. At the end, we sat together at a festive table and had a great dinner with all the delicacies. I'll definitely be back, if only because of the magical atmosphere:)
