About this class
The special for International Women's Day: We celebrate women, we celebrate ourselves! And that works particularly well when we take time for ourselves. At Brunch & Create, we start with a delicious brunch and then you get creative with a portrait collage of power women. You either design the collage with your own picture or with that of a famous woman. In addition, you will receive tips for mindfulness in everyday life and can practice it directly. All without stress — with plenty of time for yourself and in the here & now.
What you’ll do in the class
You will experience 4 hours of creative time with:
- Delicious brunch with drinks (hot and cold)
- High-quality materials and tools to create your collage
- Information about mindfulness, including mindfulness and creativity exercises
- A feeling of flow and an experience for all senses
- In the end, you will take home a homemade picture and lots of relaxation
