About this class

Start your fitness adventure with the boot camp in Cologne! You can expect 8 weeks of motivating outdoor training with kettlebells, HIIT and functional fitness. Work out twice a week in a small group of up to 14 people — perfect for individual support and team spirit. Whether you're a beginner or advanced — our experienced coaches will pick you up where you are. Work out in the fresh air in any weather, improve your stamina, strengthen your body and push your limits — with fun, energy and a real health kick!

What you’ll do in the class

  • The boot camp lasts 8 weeks with fixed training once a week.
  • Each training session is 60 minutes long.
  • Group size: max. 14 participants for individual support.
  • All skill levels are welcome.
  • The trainer will pay attention to your pace and options.
  • Training is done with small equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, slamballs, etc.
  • You can expect functional training with HIIT as personal training in a group.
