What is the process?
This evening, our wine trip takes us to the Canal du Midi. The wines of Languedoc are as varied, profound and charming as the wonderful landscape there. They are a perfect match for the season and convey the flair of southern France in the glass. You will learn a lot about grape varieties, French viticulture, sensors and viticulture technology. We also serve the finest French cuisine with each of the 6 wines.
