Einhorn coaching is your team building event in Hamburg! Are you tired of stuffy seminar rooms and are looking for something else for your next team day that is really fun and at the same time brings you forward as a team? Here you get the concentrated coaching power of two certified trainers and seven horses... uh... unicorns. Personal development meets beer, campfire and lightness — an outdoor experience that you will remember for a long time.
How does this experience take place?
You come to us in the south of Hamburg in the morning - just a stone's throw away from the city center and yet feel like you're in another world. After a healthy breakfast, you will receive input, methods and models tailored to your individual topics.
After lunch, it's off to the “Arena” for you - now we're working with the horses! Don't worry: It has absolutely nothing to do with riding or pony farming — we use horses as a highly effective tool for experience-oriented personal development. You get really good insights and value-free feedback and can grow as a team.
Followed by a campfire and beer. Sounds good, doesn't it?
